RSG launches new recruitment brand

Resource Solutions Group (RSG) has launched a new recruitment brand to target the IT and Change Management sectors.

Fuse Recruitment is already working with clients in defence, utilities, transportation and consultancies on data migration, separation and property portfolio projects.

It will be led by Head of Recruitment Richard Taylor from headquarters in Bristol, with plans to organically grow a client base of contacts who require specialist IT and Change Management expertise.

Richard said: “There are so many crossovers between IT and Change Management that it just made perfect sense to launch a UK-wide business which understood those sectors.

“I’ve spent my career building real relationships. Some of my clients were once my candidates! I’m fascinated by the sector and driven by the need to treat everyone involved fairly.”

Fuse Recruitment will be trading as part of the Resource Solutions Group and will be joining other big recruitment names such as Sanderson Plc and Resource Management.

Richard added: “With Change Management it’s only going to get harder to source the right people. It is important in complex situations to have a resourcing function which specialises uniquely in the sector.

“We can provide the in-depth industry knowledge necessary to successfully place the right people. The possibilities for bringing real value to the market are there for the right recruiters.”
