Analytics software launched for recruiters

October 17, 2013  /   No Comments

Real-time cloud-based analytics that can be accessed on mobile devices will be available for staffing firms, following a partnership between recruiting software company Bullhorn, and start-up cube19.

A provider of visual analytics and performance science, cube19 has joined the Bullhorn Marketplace, which gives recruiters access to an extensive range of applications and services.

These applications can help streamline every part of a recruitment business – from background checks and payroll to accounting system integration and sourcing. Existing Marketplace partners include Ebsta and Broadbean Technology.

Bullhorn customers will be able to see real-time updates on the performance of their company, divisions and individual recruiters.

Performance science will allow them to manage and motivate their staff effectively. They will also be able to analyse how well they deliver results to clients.

“I have a long-standing relationship with Bullhorn from my days at Broadbean so naturally they were always going to be one of our key
partners at cube19,” said founder Dan McGuire. “This partnership will allow us to deliver our service to many more of them in a short space of time.”

Leah Daniels, director of global alliances for Bullhorn added: “cube19’s solutions tell customers not only what’s happening with their businesses, but also what they should be doing with their businesses to improve their bottom line. Additionally, cube19’s ability to offer cloud-based analytics that align with Bullhorn’s true cloud infrastructure makes this an ideal partnership.”
