Temporary recruitment software provider Flo has announced Phil McDonald as its new managing director.
Flo Software, part of the Brookfield Rose group, provides a cloud-based solution to help temporary recruitment agencies win and retain more business.
McDonald’s diverse career in recruitment includes positions as chief executive at both Staffline and MGMS International, and he also started up Brookfield Rose’s ethical payroll umbrella company, Paraplus, in 2011.
Matthew Sanders, CEO of the Brookfield Rose group said: “Phil’s understanding and awareness of the recruitment industry made him an obvious choice for the role.
“I know that his management will strengthen the team and build on the successes they have already achieved over the past 18 months.”
