New junior account managers at Career Moves Group

Central London recruitment firm Career Moves Group has appointed two new junior account managers to its human resources and support recruitment teams.

Kally Simmonds, who recently graduated with a degree in Biological Sciences from Bournemouth University, joins HR Moves, while Charlotte Wethal Bergh, a graduate of Business Management and Accounting from University of Roehampton, joins Career Moves.

Kally will report to Alexandra Biagioni, senior account manager at HR Moves, and will support the team with all junior recruitment roles across media, retail, technology, FMCG and telecommunications.

Charlotte, who has experience resourcing for the Norwegian recruitment firm Service Broker AS, will report to Kelly Howe, head of Career Moves’ support division. She will manage all junior recruitment roles across retail, FMCG, telecommunications, technology, and financial and professional service industries.

Both will undertake a junior account manager academy training programme, which teaches a mix of cultural, technical, ethical and regulatory competencies to aspiring recruitment executives. After nine weeks the junior account managers graduate, with the intention of fast tracking their professional development in recruitment.
