Global recruitment firm Cielo has launched SkyRecruit, a new technology platform aimed at improving hiring processes for both candidates and HR professionals.
It features video interviewing, event management applications, global pipeline capabilities and automated sourcing from over 100 resume databases.
“It has the flexibility to allow regional, country-specific or global teams to have complete control and customise their candidate engagement strategies for each requisition, talent pool or geographic need,” said Erin Lange (pictured), Cielo’s executive vice president.
