ReThink Recruitment has expanded its team across the country this month with the appointment of 14 new colleagues.
Five new ReThink employees – Chad Edgecombe, Ashley Korthals, Eddie O’Connor, Annabelle Foskett and Lily Francis – have joined the Bristol office of the business, as has Dan Sevior, who has moved back to ReThink as Senior Recruitment Consultant.
There have been two further new hires of Dan Lloyd and Max Walker in Birmingham, while Josh Griffiths, Jag Murubaya and Barney Mead have joined the team in London.
Dan Andrews has joined the business’ Birmingham office, while in Manchester Richard Callaghan and Jamie Gilson have joined the team. Jamie returns to the UK from a stint in Australia and has joined ReThink’s growing MS Dynamics Team.
The new recruits bring the company’s headcount to more than 200 people and come as a result of ReThink’s creation of its own dedicated careers website (www.working-for-rethink.com). This innovative platform allows candidates to grasp the range of roles, locations, development and support options available to Rethink Group employees.
The Group’s Manchester-based Talent Acquisition and Engagement Specialist, Sam Wilkinson, manages the careers website and is engaging local recruitment communities in ReThink’s UK and Ireland locations, utilising innovative technologies such as WhatsApp as a discreet and transparent method of communicating with candidates on behalf of ReThink.
Andy Lord, Chief People Officer and COO for ReThink’s parent company, Rethink Group, said: “I’m so pleased to welcome these recruitment professionals into our business. Most of them have come via our new Working for Rethink website; a dedicated portal which demonstrates how we offer people real careers, with training, investment and a commitment to realising our team’s potential. This influx of talent has will greatly bolster our business and I look forward to working with my new colleagues and investing in their future development moving forward.”
Established in 2005, ReThink Recruitment, which is part of the Rethink Group, services resourcing needs across all industry sectors. Having established a solid reputation for delivering first-class talent management and recruitment services, the Group last year turned over £130m.
