Rethink Talent Management, part of Rethink Group, has rebranded as RTM. The rebrand follows the acquisition of Consort, the RPO and talent management specialist, in April 2015. The acquisition means that the brands have merged to create a “total talent solution” which offers a combined proposition to customers.
Iain Blair (pictured), managing director of RTM said: “It’s our intention to provide more innovation and a greater range of services to deepen our client relationships even further and to match the continuing growth of the recruitment outsourcing market. We’ve also strengthened our leadership team with a number of the senior specialists from Consort and the wider market along with the appointment of Richard Martin as group chairman.”
