Global executive search and interim management firm, Norrie Johnston Recruitment, has appointed Erin Berry as a new associate director to further strengthen its talent management team.
Erin has almost 30 years’ experience in international HR, including working as a global human resources director for 10 years. Erin has worked across a number of sectors with expertise in the life sciences, technology and professional services industries. During her time in HR, Erin was responsible for talent acquisition and retention strategies, she has coached boards and developed people strategies, working with both blue chip firms and SMEs that are rapidly scaling up.
Bringing a wealth of knowledge from her previous roles, Erin will be responsible for further developing Norrie Johnston’s Talent Management offering and will support across a number of search engagements as the company continues to expand its offering.
