New managing director for Page Executive

Global recruitment firm PageGroup has announced that Jonathan Wiles will be transferring from his role as managing director of Michael Page Human Resources to become MD of Page Executive.

Wiles joined the company in 1992 as a consultant in Michael Page Marketing, and was promoted to operating director in 2000 and then regional director in 2004.

He transferred to Australia and was promoted to managing director in 2008, responsible for five businesses.

Since returning to the UK in 2010, Wiles guided Michael Page’s Human Resources business, before his transfer to Page Executive, which recruits ‘C’ Suite executives across all key disciplines and market sectors.

Oliver Watson, UK managing director says: “Page Executive represents a major opportunity for PageGroup in the UK and the time is right for this brand to be led by a single individual.

“I know that Jonathan’s ability to lead this business from the front, to develop great business relationships, both internally and externally, and to channel our resources into the right markets will ensure that Page Executive develops quickly.”
