Karen Gismondi has joined flexible workforce solutions provider, The Best Connection, as Talent Acquisition Consultant. Her role will be instrumental in recruiting the very best people across the business, which currently supports around 700 full-time staff.
Gismondi has over nine years’ sector experience having held previous roles in industrial recruitment and as an internal recruiter in the engineering and care sectors.
“We are delighted to welcome Karen to the team. She has already demonstrated her experience and tenacity having introducing 10 new consultants into the business in her first two months,” said Neil Yorke, director at the company.
Gismondi will be instrumental in maintaining optimal staffing levels across the company’s extensive branch network and sourcing additional staff to accommodate the business’ growth plans for 2016.
Speaking of her appointment, she said: “The company has a great reputation in the industry. This is a fantastic asset to me that will support my efforts in sourcing the most talented people for the business.
