Recruiter Search Consultancy is launching its outsourcing division as a distinct business service.
The company already outsources recruitment to blue chip companies, but is investing in technology, resourcing and branding to create ‘Search Insource’, which aims to position the service within the RPO market.
CEO Grahame Caswell said that following years of outsourcing to high profile clients, the company wants to create a business arm in its own right.
“Insource is a natural progression for our outsourcing function and will help us to grow and develop the service we provide,” he added. “We believe we can be even more competitive in the RPO market and help more companies run ‘internal’ recruitment with external expertise.”
Applications through the Search Insource recruitment programme are made using an e-recruitment system, via a back office administration portal, which can be customised to suit different businesses.
The division will be led by Search Consultancy director Monica Duddy (pictured). “A lot of organisations worry about outsourcing recruitment to another company as they’re concerned about losing control,” she said. “Using our 27 years of expertise in the recruitment market, across 26 different business sectors, we work to understand the needs of the business and add value.”
“Our fresh approach to outsourcing is already attracting new business, and we’re sure that it will grow and develop as more companies learn about the collaborative nature of the process and the benefits this can bring.”
