Recruitment specialist Search Consultancy has hired senior Recruitment Manager Lisa McLean as Head of Medical for England.
Lisa brings with her 20 years of senior management experience – 13 of those in health and social care – and will be responsible for managing a team of 50 staff across high-profile recruitment campaigns.
Previously, Lisa worked with Allied Healthcare and Newcross Healthcare Solutions and has overseen mergers, start-ups and business transformations, working with a wide range of clients and stakeholders to implement recruitment strategies.
In her role at Search, Lisa will support the medical team across the whole recruitment process, and will also take a leading role in identifying new business opportunities.
Lisa said: “I already feel like I’m part of the Search family. I’m leading a really strong team with a great deal of experience. Everyone in the team has a specialism, which helps us to recruit across a wide range of jobs.I’m looking forward to identifying new and exciting business opportunities and working with the Search team to match clients to candidates at this really exciting time for medical recruitment.”
Search’s medical division recruits across roles including nurses, carers, support workers, consultant level doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and mental health workers.
