Triple promotions at Spencer Ogden

Triple promotions at Spencer OgdenSpencer Ogden, the global energy, engineering and infrastructure recruitment specialist, has announced the appointment of a new CEO and two Director positions.

Bradley Lewington has been promoted to CEO, having previously held the position of Sales Director for both APAC and EMEA regions. Bradley first joined Spencer Ogden in 2012, demonstrating his expertise in launching new offices and sectors along the way while growing businesses in line with targets. He will succeed Co-Founder David Spencer-Percival, who will move into the role of Co-Chairman with Sir Peter Ogden.

As CEO, Barry will take responsibility for the day-to-day management and strategic direction of the business and tasked with its continued growth.

Speaking of his new appointment, Bradley commented: “I consider it a privilege to be stepping into David’s shoes to lead the fantastic business he has created over the last 7 years. I am particularly looking forward to working closely with our hugely talented management team and staff as we deliver our three-year growth plan to become the global energy, engineering and infrastructure recruiter of choice.”

Meanwhile, Edward Ogden will move into the newly created role of Global Sales Director. He has been with the company since its inception in 2010 and was formerly responsible for Spencer Ogden’s successful US business.

In this role, he will be responsible for all global sales teams and will be setting out to improve client service and instil sales excellence as the company continues to grow and take market share from competitors.

Tom Reid has also been promoted to Director of APAC. Tom, who previously held the title of Associate Director of Singapore, first joined Spencer Ogden in 2010 as a graduate and during his time with the company has held a number of international senior managerial positions. David Mills will replace Tom as Singapore Country Manager, bringing with him 13 years of recruitment experience having previously led SThree’s Europe and Asia sales divisions.
