Executive search firm Norman Broadbent Group Plc has announced that Tim Kemp has joined as a Managing Director within its HR and Professional Services Practices.
Tim brings with him a wealth of experience from within the recruitment industry, having spent the last 8 years at Korn Ferry and CT Partners. Prior to beginning his executive search career, Tim was a Partner at both PWC and Towers Perrin. Earlier in his career, he was also a Director of professional services firm Deloitte. In addition to his private sector experience, Tim also worked as Director within the Cabinet Office for HM Government.
