Chairman of Odgers Berndtson, Richard Boggis-Rolfe, has been announced as non-executive director of TalentPool.
The City headhunting expert has been brought in to help guide the start-up graduate recruiter and constructively assess and advise on its business plan.
With more than 30 years in the recruitment industry, Boggis-Rolfe (pictured) grew Odgers from a team of 25 in the late ‘90s to an international brand with 1,000 employees across 50 offices worldwide.
TalentPool co-founder Tom Davenport said: “We are very fortunate to have Richard Boggis-Rolfe as a non-executive director. He brings a wealth of experience not only of the recruitment industry, but also how to grow a successful business. TalentPool has seen rapid growth and we are delighted that Richard has decided to join the TalentPool board to help us continue on this trajectory of success.”
Boggis-Rolfe added: “I was very impressed when I met the TalentPool founders Andrew Lavelle and Tom Davenport and believe TalentPool’s model is the future for graduate recruitment.”
