Swanstaff has recently made two new senior appointments, with Paul Verghese joining as Director of Sales and Nick Cavanagh as Director of Clinical Services. The news follows the appointment of Operations Director Caroline Kemp in November.
Paul has over 25 years’ experience of multi-sector recruitment and has successfully built and sold his own recruitment business. He will be developing strategy, monitoring growth, sales plans, tenders/bids and presentations across the Company, whilst visiting clients, supporting our nationally based branch network in Sales strategy and attending key conferences and meetings.
Paul commented on his appointment: “Joining Swanstaff is an exciting prospect for me, when I met with Steve and the other Directors I was drawn to their drive and passion for recruitment – I really wanted to be involved with their future strategy and look forward to implementing some great new initiatives and assist with the growth of Swanstaff.”
Nick has 21 years’ experience in recruitment, specialising in NHS healthcare both clinical and non-clinical staff. Nick will be focusing on building relationships with local NHS trusts, placing healthcare professionals under our CCS and National Clinical Staffing Framework contracts.
Nick said: “After considering a number of new roles, it was the culture that drew me to Swanstaff, I visited the offices a couple of times and everyone seemed really engaged and that they enjoyed their roles. I look forward to helping drive the business forward in the public healthcare sector.”
Stephen Rogers, CEO, said: “I am delighted to welcome Paul and Nick to Swanstaff, we have some major growth plans over the next six years and their roles will be pivotal to ensure we achieve this, Paul and Nick come with valuable experience and skills, I look forward to working with them both and 2017 looks to be another exciting year for us.”
