Sutherland Global Services, the outsourcing and offshoring firm, has named a new Associate Vice President of Global Campus Recruitment.
Glen Wilson will be responsible for developing the firm’s Global Graduate Strategy and Recruitment across all markets and business units.
Prior to this role, Wilson worked as Global University Relations Director at Dell for over five years. With over 15 years’ international recruitment experience, Wilson is a delivery focused talent acquisition leader and innovative thinking professional whose expertise covers international recruitment lifecycle, strategy development, people and project management and multimillion budgetary experience. He was educated at the University of Derby, where he studied Product Design, Innovation and Marketing.
