Stuart Britton becomes APSCo Life Sciences sector Group Co-chairStuart Britton becomes APSCo Life Sciences sector Group Co-chairSEC Recruitment recently announced that Stuart Britton has been appointed Co-chair of the Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo) Life Sciences sector group.

SEC have been members of APSCo for 11 years and during that time, Stuart has worked with the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences sector group, to champion the important role recruitment plays in helping employers find the best talent.

Stuart said that he was delighted to take up this responsibility: “I have a passion for this industry and I think it is fantastic that recruitment businesses can get together to share ideas, thinking and how the future of the industry can evolve.

“The pharmaceutical industry faces similar issues around talent shortages, attraction and retention, that many have spoken about in the recruitment industry. Employers in the pharmaceutical industry can work with the recruitment industry to share our experiences, collaborate and highlight best practice, to ensure that employers keep their top talent and attract the industry’s finest too”.

Commenting on the appointment, Ann Swain, Chief Executive at APSCo said: “I am delighted to welcome Stuart into his new role as co-chair of APSCo’s Life Sciences Sector Group. Stuart has long been an active member of the group, he is a true expert in his field and I have no doubt that he will add immense value by delivering a level of excellence that our members have come to expect from APSCo meetings. I look forward to embracing his energy and interest to ensure that the meetings continue to be packed with relevant, appealing content.”
