Strategic life sciences appointment confirmed by SECSEC Recruitment has announced that Kerry Bambrick-Sattar has joined the firm as Director of Strategic Accounts.

Kerry joins SEC Recruitment with a wealth of experience spanning over 13 years in recruitment and talent management within CRO/CSO, pharmaceutical, biotech, private healthcare and NHS environments.

Her appointment is part of SEC’s drive towards continuous improvement with its key accounts and Kerry will be focusing on ensuring customers get the maximum out of their partnership with the firm.

Speaking of her appointment, Kerry said: “Finding an organisation that has an outstanding commitment to the customers and industries that it serves and continuing to visibly live its values every day after 30 years is remarkable, but it’s been a key factor in my decision to join them. SEC is on an exciting growth journey and I am grateful for the opportunity to join their team.”

Stuart Britton, Chief Executive of SEC, said: “The move to appoint somebody from within the pharmaceutical industry with the right skills to drive our key account management strategy forward was essential and I am delighted Kerry has joined us. Her role in driving our clients’ solutions, in line with the strategic implementation of flexible and sustainable talent models, will take SEC to the next level of true partnership with our customers.”
