PageGroup has appointed Steve Hallam as new managing director for Scotland, following the announcement of Jamie Newman’s impending retirement after serving 24 years in the business.
Newman joined Michael Page Finance in July 1992 in Nottingham, and after several relocations and different management roles across the UK, he was appointed senior managing director for the Scottish business in 2013.
Hallam joined the company in 2001 and was appointed managing director of Page Personnel Secretarial & Business Support and Human Resources in July 2014. He also took on the additional responsibility of PageGroup Ireland earlier this year.
