Expansion for Opinio Group in London

Digital recruitment company Opinio Group has hired a sales director as it looks to open its first London office.

Sarah Callery (pictured), who has more than 17 years’ experience within the recruitment industry, will join the Northamptonshire-based company with the main task of managing the new premises. Less than a year since the company’s launch, Opinio Group has seen over half a million jobseekers joining one of its websites – MyJobMatcher.com.

“I can’t wait to get started with a dynamic company like Opinio Group,” Callery said. “The brands that I’ll be working with are new, but in a solid position to grow and expand rapidly. The addition of a London office marks a very exciting new period for Opinio Group.”

CEO Chris Smith said that Callery’s appointment to lead and develop the sales function of the company in the UK was part of its plans to expand globally.

“Sarah has an excellent pedigree and track record within recruitment,” he added. “Her experience of building successful sales teams and significantly increasing revenue made it an easy decision to make her a part of the team and we’re really positive about the future.”
