Russam GMS, provider of interim managers and executive search services, is boosting its executive search team with the appointment of Cathy Kay as Associate Director, Executive Search.
She joins from executive search firm Aspen Worldwide, where she specialised in technology. Prior to this she held senior roles at Spectrum Technology Executive Search and Selection, McGregor Boyall and Fletcher Kay Executive Search. Her earlier career was spent working with advertising company Saatchi & Saatchi, where she was part of the recruitment advertising team. Cathy is also a trusted career advisor and coach to ambitious executives and has coached over 200 MBA graduates, helping to guide them toward successful careers.
Working with Melissa Baxter, Director, Executive Search at Russam GMS, Cathy will help expand the executive search business, with a specialist focus on senior level digital transformation and technology roles.
Commenting on her appointment, Cathy said: “Most businesses are some way on their digital transformation journey and we’re seeing strong demand for digital experts across all sectors. I am looking forward to using my technology expertise and connections to help Russam capitalise on these opportunities.
