RSA announces new partner for global clients

RSA, the talent consultancy for the life sciences industry, has appointed a new partner for global clients.

Paul Cashman, who brings with him more than 18 years’ executive search and talent acquisition consultancy experience, will have responsibility for the firm’s major multinational clients, as well developing talent services.

Prior to joining RSA, Cashman was EMEA head of executive recruitment for AbbVie, and he has also held senior director and partner roles in major international search firms including Whitehead Mann, Highland Partners and TMP.
