Rochdale-based finance and accountancy recruiter, Recruitment Solutions (NW), have appointed their current senior finance recruiter, Louise O’Brien, as the firm’s recruitment manager after 5 years of service.
Louise will be involved in the day-to-day management of the business and key client relationships.
The move comes ahead of plans to expand the business further, with new recruits in other positions expected to follow shortly.
Recruitment Solutions was founded in 2006 and specialises in matching companies with staff in accounting, finance, customer service, administration and more. The recruitment specialists currently work with clients throughout the North West, ranging from owner-managed business to major PLCs.
The firm’s expansion plans include opening further locations across the North West, as well as expanding their head office team with additional experienced consultants.
Of the appointment, the company’s managing director, Karen Reynolds, said:
“I’m delighted to have been able to offer Louise this promotion which is fully deserved. Louise joined the business with some knowledge of recruitment, however not on a consultancy basis, and she has consistency embraced everything that has come her way.
