Recruitive has appointed Gemma Rushton as its partnership manager.
Rushton, who previously held the position of team leader within the sales department, will be based at the firm’s head office in Cannock, Staffordshire.
Richard Clarke, managing director at Recruitive, said: “Gemma has been a valued member of the Recruitive team for over three years and I’m delighted that she has accepted the position of partnerships manager.
“In December last year we announced our intentions to build upon our market position and increase our market share by seeking acquisitions and partnership opportunities.
“In order for us achieve our growth objectives, Gemma will be helping us to build relationships with like-minded companies that are able to provide our clients with a complimentary offering to our core product lines.”
