Bennington Green, a leading consultancy in the construction, property and civil engineering fields, has welcomed Andy Keen to its 20-strong team, thanks to Bournemouth-based Real Recruitment Solutions.
Real Recruitment Solutions was appointed to source a relevant candidate to take up a full-time position of health and safety manager and head up a small team.
With offices located in Bournemouth, London, Surrey, Hertfordshire as well as the Bahamas, Bennington Green needed a recruit to work across all offices.
With almost 14 years’ experience, Keen’s main responsibilities in his new role include the provision of health and safety support to architects, contractors and clients.
He offers guidance regarding their responsibilities under the revised Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. He also consults and engages with workers about potential risks and how they should be managed.
