PMP Recruitment appoints two new account directors

PMP Recruitment appoints two new account directorsPMP Recruitment, part of the Cordant Group, has made two new senior appointments as part of the company’s latest development strategy.

Phil Kennerley and Kieron Marno, who have both joined as account directors, will play a key role in building customer relations, winning new business and preserving the company’s high standards.

Within his new role, Phil will take strategic ownership for several of PMP Recruitment’s key accounts, as well as operational ownership for more than 30 sites across 15 clients. Kieron’s remit includes operational responsibility for the company’s managed services business in the north-west region, covering a large number of PMP Recruitment’s key customers.

Between them, Phil and Kieron have 30 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Phil’s industry experience includes fulfilling the role of Produce Business Lead for Impellam and Divisional Director for Blue Arrow Managed Services, where his portfolio delivered an annual turnover of circa £75m to the business.

Kieron has previously worked as an account director for Staffline Recruitment Group, where he was responsible for budgeting, e-commerce, team building and sourcing, as well as developing and winning new key accounts.

Commenting on his role, Phil said: “PMP Recruitment is an exciting and expanding company and I’m very much looking forward to embracing this new challenge. I will be heavily involved in change management across PMP Recruitment, with a number of exciting new initiatives well under way.”

Kieron added: “I was instantly drawn to PMP’s forward thinking and dynamic way of working. I am delighted to be working with such an ambitious company and expert team.”
