PageGroup, the global specialist recruitment company, has announced that Bev Nicholas will be stepping into the role of regional talent director.
Nicholas joined PageGroup 18 years ago and established a successful career managing various teams in the Michael Page Finance business.
She subsequently moved into the Page Personnel Talent Acquisition team in 2004 and into talent development for Page Personnel and Michael Page a couple of years later.
UK managing director, Oliver Watson, said: “Bev’s strong work ethic, enthusiasm and commitment to providing commercially beneficial training to the business, has made her a lynchpin in the constant evolution of the new management development programme that will be launched in 2015.”
In her new role, Nicholas will be responsible for PageGroup’s talent acquisition, talent development and IT learning teams supporting the UK and Middle East. The three teams work closely with the operational business to identify and recruit new talent and develop and support new and existing employees throughout their PageGroup career.
