A planned recruitment drive has seen Macildowie make a number of new appointments following another strong quarter for the company.
As it celebrates its 25th year of business this August, Macildowie has recruited a further seven team members to its East Midlands offices. Joining the team at its Nottingham headquarters are consultants Jeanette Spicer, Bobby Baker and Laura Harris, and business support administrator, Lucy Thompson.
Recent arrivals at the Leicester office are recruitment consultants Arita Mieze and Sonny Smith. Taking on the role of business support administrator in Leicester is Lizzie Bywater-Florance.
James Taylor, managing director of Macildowie, explained that the new arrivals demonstrate just how far the business has come since starting 25 years ago:
“We’re delighted to have made another set of new appointments, enabling us to continue to deliver more quality candidates for our clients across the East Midlands. We’re at a very exciting stage of development within the company, and after reaching a milestone of 25 years in operation, we’re even more committed to investing in our teams.
“The investment programme we have recently completed, which has seen us build a new management team, open a new headquarters, re-brand and upgrade our business systems means that we have a plethora of new opportunities for both new and existing staff. These appointments continue to demonstrate the great career opportunities that Macildowie offers.”
The secret to Macildowie’s success may well lie in its emphasis on valuing its employees, recognising hard work and rewarding effort when due.
James explained: “As part of joining the team, our employees will have the opportunity to access the Macildowie reward schemes, which recognises the hard work of our employees. Some of our highest performers have just returned from a trip to Las Vegas. It all adds to the morale and individual well-being of our team; a combination crucial to our future success.”
