New directors appointed at Search Consultancy

Recruitment firm Search Consultancy has made six new senior-level appointments across its 13 UK offices.

Search – which provides recruitment services across a diverse range of industry sectors – has made the appointments in order to drive forward its specialist divisions.

Search England has welcomed Manchester-based Peter Preston as director and head of its professional services division. Preston made the move from technology consultancy firm Mobica, where he was a director of its finance, banking and payments operations.

Also at the Manchester office, Pamela Stokes has become director of call and contact centre and office services, taking a step up from her role as associate director of both divisions. Meanwhile, former senior divisional manager Natalie McCluskey has been appointed as associate director of the agency’s call centre business in the city.

In Liverpool, Richard Westhead has been promoted from associate director to director, overseeing the agency’s office services, logistics, call and contact centre, hospitality and catering divisions. He is now responsible for eight teams across Liverpool, Manchester and Leeds.

In Scotland, Colette Philp has been promoted from associate director to director of the professional services division, leading a team of 22 staff across the country from the consultancy’s Glasgow headquarters.

Shannon McKechnie, also based in Glasgow, been appointed as associate director of the specialist office services division in Scotland, leading a team of 14 based across four of the six Scottish offices.

Grahame Caswell, Search Consultancy’s chief executive, said: “The recent round of directorial new hires and promotions is hugely positive for the company. We are delighted to have Peter on the team and to recognise the efforts of all staff who have climbed the ladder and had their hard work pay off. They have each played a significant part in the development of their respective divisions and will continue to do so in their new roles.”
