Morgan McKinley to create 300 new roles in 10 countries

Professional services recruiter Morgan McKinley is to hire more than 300 people over the next three years, taking its headcount from 800 to 1,100 people in ten countries worldwide. Around 80 of these roles will be based in its headquarters in Ireland.

The recruitment drive will support expansion within existing markets in conjunction with additional international expansion opportunities. Morgan McKinley currently has operations in the UK, Ireland, Paris, Dubai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai, Tokyo, Sydney and India.

“Recruiting and retaining talented professionals is the single biggest factor behind our growth that the business has seen recently,” said Pat Fitzgerald (pictured), CEO and founder of Morgan McKinley. “Our clients want to work with people with an ability to attract great talent as well as deliver a strong customer experience.”
