Matkin to lead Capita’s resourcing business

Capita has appointed Jo Matkin as Managing Director of Capita Resourcing.

In her new role Jo will be responsible for the management and direction of Capita Resourcing, including The Write Research Company, Capita’s talent research, pipelining and talent insight business.

Jo joined the business in 2006, and during her tenure as Sales and Marketing Director, the business enhanced its wider service offering into new sectors, allowing it to grow its market share, while developing relationships across the existing Capita customer base. She is also a management board member of the Institute for Collaborative Working.

Commenting on her new role, Jo said: “We have some true talent at Capita Resourcing and I am hugely excited about leading the organisation into its next stage of development. As the business grows and develops, my focus will be continuing to deliver the best possible service to our current clients and developing innovative propositions to help potential customer transform their workforce needs.”

Nicola McQueen, Executive Director of Capita’s Workplace Services division, said: “Capita Resourcing has been going from strength to strength, with a growing portfolio of permanent and contingent workforce accounts. With her depth of industry experience, I’m thrilled to have Jo on board as the new managing director.”
