Korn Ferry hires senior partner for its London office

Korn Ferry has hired Max Landsberg as a senior partner in the leadership and talent consulting practice of its London office.

Landsberg, formerly a partner at McKinsey & Company, has experience that includes advising major global organisations on strategy in the consumer, financial and industrial sectors.

He has also authored a number of best-selling guidebooks on coaching, motivation and leadership.

Korn Ferry offers services including executive recruitment, leadership development programs, enterprise learning and recruitment process outsourcing.

Its managing partner Steve Newhall said: “We are thrilled that Max is joining Korn Ferry. His deep experience and knowledge of the key talent and leadership development issues impacting today’s organisations will be of great value to our clients.”
