Industry heavyweight joins Sidekicks

Industry heavyweight joins SidekicksRecruitment industry heavyweight Eva Joseph recently joined the team at Sidekicks, bolstering the young start-up’s team.

She brings a wealth of experience to Sidekicks, with a 22-year career in recruitment. After graduating with a degree in French and Italian from the University of Kent, Eva worked for a specialist recruiter for five years placing multilingual candidates with clients as diverse as L’Oréal, Goldman Sachs, Fiat and Browns Fashion. She went on to join Jonathan Wren as principal consultant for the financial services agency, staying for eight years.

Eva then moved to Aldrich & Co to be Director of the permanent desk, where she specialised in placing high calibre support candidates within financial services for nine and a half years.

Eva Joseph, Head of Permanent Talent, Sidekicks explained: “Having spent a large part of the past two decades focusing on the investment sector across the City and Mayfair, I am delighted to join Sidekicks and add my knowledge and skillset to the team.

“As a relatively new company, everyone at Sidekicks is so passionate and the business is really going places. There’s a sense within the wider industry that recruiting for business support is easy, when in fact finding the perfect fit is as much as case of matching personalities as it is skillsets. It is imperative to focus on building relationships with both clients and candidates to understand their needs. The team at Sidekicks really understand their sector and I’m looking forward to helping to expand the business even more.”

Jessica Williams, Managing Director, Sidekicks said: “I am absolutely thrilled to have Eva join us as Head of Permanent Talent. Over the past 15 months, Sidekicks has achieved phenomenal levels of growth and Eva’s appointment will help to cement Sidekicks’ reputation as a force to be reckoned with in the market.”
