Graham Oates becomes CEO of Norrie Johnston Recruitment

Former KPMG managing partner, Graham Oates has taken over as CEO of Norrie Johnston Recruitment (NJR).

Oates has doubled his investment in the firm to a 20% share, and he has taken over as CEO from NJR’s founder Norrie Johnston, who will move to the role of chairman.

“Graham is used to building multi-million pound businesses so it’s brilliant to have him even more involved, applying his knowledge, experience and contacts. The doubling of his investment reflects the company’s huge potential,” said Johnston.

In his new role Oates will focus on developing Norrie Johnston Recruitment’s business with major blue-chip clients and expanding its capabilities in international markets.
