FISER Group appoints head of talent management

Human capital specialist in the financial services sector, The FISER Group, has appointed Miranda Newboult as head of talent management.

Newboult has a wealth of experience in recruitment, both as a consultant and in-house, including at Rabobank International where she headed up middle office recruitment.

More recently she has been working as a learning and development expert, predominantly focusing on leadership and management development.
