January 2015 sees the expansion of Expion’s automotive and engineering division, with the addition of a dedicated team of automotive industry recruiters to focus on all vehicle maintenance disciplines.
This expansion means that Expion now offers a 360 service for this sector, recruiting right through from point of manufacture to aftermarket and maintenance.
The new team has solid experience of sourcing candidates in the following:
- Fleet hire and maintenance
- Logistics and distribution
- Public sector
- Vehicle retail
- Bus and coach
- Defence
- Plant equipment
- OEM, tier 1 and tier 2 manufacturing
The automotive and engineering division at Expion is already well established throughout the UK. It is headed up by Francesca Loughrey, a recruitment professional with 11 years’ recruiting experience across a number of disciplines, who previously built a successful national automotive business for the specialist arm of a global recruitment business.
