Douglas Scott hires four to sustain growth

Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment has added to its team for the third time this year, with four new faces joining the company.

The latest round of recruitment comes on the back of a strong first quarter in which the legal recruitment consultancy secured 218 job offers, an increase of 75% on the same period last year.

The company has added to its Midlands and Yorkshire offices, with the appointments of Sean Doherty and Lee Traylor as recruitment consultants. Their focus will be property and commercial law recruitment.

The business support team in the Manchester office has also been expanded, with the appointment of Rosie Braye as a management accountant, and Dean Williams as a resourcer.

“These are all completely new roles that have been created as part of our strategic and consistent growth plan,” says managing director Kathryn Riley (pictured). “The recent launch of our international desk has proved incredibly successful already and alongside its development we’re adding to our established UK locations, by expanding into specific sectors and markets.”

Douglas Scott employs over 40 people working out of offices in London, Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds.
