DHR announces new partner in Hong Kong

DHR International, the global executive search firm, has announced that Benjamin Lo has joined as a partner in its Hong Kong office.

Ben will work within the Consumer and Retail and Private Equity practice groups.

Before joining DHR International, he was CEO at Beauty Farm Salons, which owns 130 beauty salons across China and is majority owned by private equity firm CITIC PE. 

Ben has held senior management positions in multiple private equity funded consumer and retail businesses across Hong Kong, China and South East Asia.

Prior to Beauty Farm, Ben was CEO at Global Beauty International, which provides hair, beauty and skin care across 11 countries, owned by private equity firm EQT partners. He has also served as Group COO for G2000, the specialty clothing chain in Asia.

At the beginning of his career, he held several leadership positions within roles such as IT audit, finance, internal audit and Chinese business development at companies including Ernst & Young in Hong Kong, Price Waterhouse in Hong Kong and Sydney and British American Tobacco in China and Hong Kong.  Ben has also served as CEO of Singapore listed New Toyo International Holdings Ltd, specializing in paper products.
