Decision Recruitment announces name change

Decision Recruitment, the specialist consultancy within the construction, social housing and maintenance sectors, has undergone a name change as part of its complete company rebranding exercise.

The recruitment consultancy will be now known as Ionic, and the rebrand includes a new mobile-optimised website, logo and increased marketing/PR presence.

The rebrand coincides with the opening of a new office in Solihull, near Birmingham, and Ionic plans to employ eight new members of staff across the business, bringing the total number of staff in the company up to 27.

Martyn Makinson, managing director of Ionic, said it was an exciting time for the business.

“One of our key business objectives is to work with our clients and candidates at a local level and this is also the next stage of our business growth,” he said.

“Our recruitment consultants are specialists within a specific sector and geographical location, and know their market in great detail, so we are confident that we will achieve our business targets and objectives.”
