Core-Asset Consulting hires product & strategy director

Financial sector recruitment company Core-Asset Consulting has appointed Karen McNab to the newly-created position of associate director, product & strategy.

McNab will be responsible for developing a range of products and services, and will also focus on enhancing the efficiency of key recruitment operations.

Prior to joining Core-Asset Consulting, she held senior HR roles at Tesco Bank and Alliance Trust, and she began her career within the recruitment industry.

McNab will report to Betsy Williamson, managing director, who said: “The recruitment industry is changing – perhaps more radically than some people realise. This is not simply in terms of technological advances but more fundamentally in the rising expectations of clients and candidates.

“With extensive experience on both sides of the fence – internal HR and external recruitment – Karen brings a unique insight into the issues facing clients and candidates and in turn the products and services likely to solve them.”
