Beringer Tame’s executive search branch appoints partner

Hannington Tame, the executive search element of digital recruiters Beringer Tame, has announced the appointment of Emma McDonnell as partner.

In the new role, McDonnell will be responsible for the placement of senior executives within some of the world’s largest and most prominent brands in retail, travel, telecoms and financial services.

McDonnell is an executive search specialist and talent broker with 20 years’ experience gained through working with organisations including Highfield Human Solutions, where she was managing director.

“After two decades in recruitment, including technology sectors, I believe digital should no longer be considered a niche area when it comes to role creation, as competence in digital techniques now exists among a vast range of executive positions,” said McDonnell.

“In fact, it is fast becoming a required skill even for those seeking the very top. Joining the team at Hannington Tame means we can continue to meet this growing demand for exceptional senior individuals to head up some of the country’s most influential leadership teams.”
