TeamExecutive, the executive search division of TeamJobs, has made two new hires: Belinda Sage and Nick Fulker.
Belinda managed a national recruitment company in her native South Africa for 13 years, before moving to the UK in December 2017. Nick Fulker was formerly the assistant head of Heatherlands School in Bournemouth, where a major part of his role was recruiting highly qualified staff.
Head of TeamExecutive Sally Bennett, said: “Belinda and Nick bring a host of talents to the division.
“Belinda’s knowledge and experience is considerable and from the moment I met her I knew we shared the same values, ethics and high standards.
“Nick is a great judge of character with exacting standards. He also has a palpable air of trust and reassurance about him which will be a huge asset to TeamExecutive.”
Former DCCI Company of the Year, TeamJobs unveiled its new, forward-thinking and collaborative approach to executive search in 2017.
TeamExecutive sources board level and senior leadership positions, locally and nationally for the commercial, engineering and defence and aerospace industries. The division is also growing a network of business partnerships and practical engagement through tools like its hugely popular Connect HR Forum.
Belinda, who moved to Dorset from Durban, South Africa with her family, said: “I’m excited to join TeamExecutive. TeamJobs is unlike any company I have ever worked for. There is a real energy here and having Sally as the TeamExecutive division leader was a huge draw.”
Nick added: “Going from education into recruitment might not seem like a natural move, but my work in sourcing excellent staff revealed a passion I wanted to explore further.
“I spent a great deal of time looking for the right fit for me and TeamExecutive is it. I’m hugely excited about helping the business to grow.”
