BCL Legal recruits three new consultants

BCL Legal – one of the UK’s leading legal recruitment consultancies which has offices in London, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Liverpool and Bristol – has appointed three new consultants to its UK team.

These new arrivals follow the recent announcement that the firm was named as one of the ‘Small Best Companies to Work For’ (50 to 250 employees) in the Sunday Times lists for 2016.

The first new starter is Justyna Kucharska, who will be placing private client solicitors into permanent positions across Central London. This is her first job in recruitment after working as a criminal, prison and extradition law solicitor at Guney Clark & Ryan Solicitors.

Amy Orley joins the firm’s Yorkshire and North East team. Amy previously worked for the Royal Navy; initially as a warfare officer (Gunnery Officer, Officer of the Watch working in Fishery Protection) for five and half years and then as a recruiter for the last 18 months.

Her focus will be on insurance, litigation and real estate roles.  Amy holds a BA in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Leeds and a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School, Leeds.

The final new consultant is Grace Homer who joins the West Midlands team. She has worked in recruitment for nearly five years – her last post was at Deloitte – and she will be placing residential property specialists from paralegal through to partner level across Birmingham and the West Midlands.

James Batt, managing director of BCL Legal, said: “2016 is shaping up to be another fantastic year for BCL Legal and we’re really pleased to welcome these new recruits who all bring with them a wealth of fantastic experience.”
