Anderson Group strengthens management team

The Anderson Group, an employment management services company, has created two new senior roles to bolster its management team and support the company’s unprecedented high growth.

Andrew Burton (pictured) has been appointed as UK Sales Director, while Jeremy Weaver has been appointed as UK Account Development Director.

The new positions have been created to take advantage of increased business opportunities and prepare for the launch of new outsourcing services in the next 12 months.

Andrew will be responsible for driving Anderson Group’s new business strategy and expanding the sales team while Jeremy will be looking to increase business with existing customers.

Previously, Andrew Burton was Head of Sales for Scotland while Jeremy Weaver was Head of Group Account Management.

Anderson Group is one of a handful of employment management services companies that can deliver the full range of contracting and employment services that agencies require. 

In addition to its headquarters in Luton, the company now has offices in Glasgow, Aberdeen, Mumbai and Manila. It recently expanded its operations in Manila by moving to a 300-capacity office.
