Air Energi appoints head of global mobility solutions

Air Energi, the global workforce solutions company for the energy, process and infrastructure sectors, has appointed Stacie Groce as head of global mobility solutions.

Groce will be responsible for developing and delivering operational corporate strategy for Air Energi’s global mobility services across the organisation, including the creation of new services, supply chains and strategic alliances.

Formerly Makena Global president, Groce joins Air Energi with 15 years’ experience in the field of global mobility having held a variety of senior and leadership positions, and is a certified relocation professional and global mobility specialist.

Air Energi’s global mobility services stream employs 70 in-house specialists worldwide. Its specialist global mobility teams navigate the challenges related to mobilising large numbers of personnel from their destination of origin to their location of assignment, often in geopolitically unstable or remote regions. Air Energi offers support to both clients and consultants across four key areas: global employment, immigration, mobilisation services and finance.

“Stacie is joining Air Energi at an exciting time,” said Graeme Lewis, group commercial director of Air Energi. “Companies are increasingly recognising the importance of global mobility services. Stacie’s extensive experience in this sector will be a great asset as we continue to define and implement our strategy.”
