Recruitment software company Mercury xRM has launched a free aid for recruiters who are looking to improve their levels of candidate care. Participating recruiters will receive access to a candidate care pack with seven chapters covering topics including building loyal relationships, communicating effectively, focussing on the right people and improving the candidate journey.
