MacLeod promoted at VMAGROUP

International recruitment and executive search specialist for communications, digital and marketing, VMAGROUP, has announced its promotion of Andy Macleod to the newly created position of associate director.

Andy Macleod has been leading VMAGROUP’s UK Interim Internal Communications practice for the past three and a half years. This promotion is seen as a natural step for Andy, who will now lead on growing the company’s interim practice across both internal, external and change communications.

Before joining VMAGROUP, Andy worked for almost 15 years as an internal communications professional in the financial services sector. Andy joined VMAGROUP in 2014 as a consultant and has also held the roles of senior consultant and managing consultant, and head of UK Interim Internal Communications.

 In his new role, he joins the company’s senior leadership team with responsibility for driving the UK interim business growth strategy.

Commenting on his new role, Andy said:

“I’m delighted to be taking on the role of associate director covering all UK Interim Communications. It’s an exciting time for our UK business as we continue to deliver on our ambitious interim growth strategy across internal, external and change communications, as well as marketing. With my background and years of experience in the communications industry, along with the strength of VMAGROUP’s brand in the market, I’m looking forward to driving our growth in this area.”
