Uniting Ambition grows IT recruitment arm

Uniting Ambition has made two senior hires within its niche IT recruitment division.

The firm has welcomed Phil Bills to its team as account delivery manager. Bills previously founded his own IT recruitment business in Crewe. Steven Collins has also been hired as senior IT consultant. He specialises in finding and retaining top tech talent and brings with him more than five years’ industry experience.

Bills said: “Having worked with Steven previously, I am hugely excited about the prospect of combining our knowledge within Uniting Ambition. One of the reasons I joined the company was its strong reputation in the market for technical recruitment. With Steven’s support and the extensive knowledge of the team around me, I am optimistic about what the future will bring.”
