Executives Online makes two senior appointments

Interim management and permanent recruiter Executives Online has hired two new associate directors, who will bring finance and procurement specialisms to the company.

Mike Fisher joins as associate director for financial services. He will be responsible for developing interim senior executive roles within retail banking, credit insurance and retail payments sectors.

With 15 years’ experience in recruitment in the financial services, private equity and commerce and industry sectors, Fisher joins from EA Consulting where he was head of executive interims.

Andrew MacAskill (pictured) join Executives Online as associate director for procurement and supply chain and will recruit executives across CPO, head of procurement, head of category and supply chain director roles.

With a background in procurement and supply chains across multiple industry sectors in the UK and Australia, MacAskill joins following a three-year role in Australia as managing director of a procurement and supply search firm called The Source.

Andrew Nicholas, director at Executives Online, said MacAskill’s appointment brings a “unique talent to the team in a highly specialised field”, and Fisher’s experience and professional services approach to recruitment will “complement the existing team perfectly and we’re very pleased to have him on board.
